When you make a payment for a Boost, payment is processed securely by Stripe — we do not store your card details.

• Facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers
• Send you notifications about your account and listings
• Verify your identity and keep the platform safe
• Comply with legal obligations

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with other users only as necessary to facilitate transactions (e.g., your suburb is shown on listings). We share data with the following third party service providers who help us operate the platform:

• Convex — database and backend infrastructure
• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — email delivery
• Anthropic — AI-powered listing features

Our app uses third party services that may collect information. These services have their own privacy policies which we encourage you to review.

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. Authentication data is stored securely using encrypted storage on your device.

Children's Privacy

Bubsi is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
