1. About Bubsi

Bubsi is a peer-to-peer marketplace for buying and selling preloved maternity, baby and toddler items in Australia. We provide the platform — we are not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use Bubsi. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and located in Australia.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may only have one account.

4. Listings

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. All items must be genuine preloved goods that you own and have the right to sell. You must not list:

• Counterfeit or stolen goods
• Dangerous or recalled items
• Adult content
• Anything illegal under Australian law

Car seats and capsules may only be listed if they have not been involved in a collision and are within their expiry date.

5. Transactions

Bubsi facilitates connections between buyers and sellers. All transactions are conducted in person via meetup. We strongly recommend meeting in a safe, public place. Bubsi is not responsible for the outcome of transactions between users.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use Bubsi to:

• Harass, abuse or harm other users
• Post false or misleading information
• Conduct transactions outside the platform to avoid fees
• Scrape, copy or reproduce the platform
• Use automated tools to interact with the platform

7. Boost Payments

Sellers may pay to Boost their listings for increased visibility. Boost fees are charged at the time of purchase and are non-refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law. Boosted listings are not guaranteed to result in a sale.

8. Reviews

Users may leave reviews after a transaction. Reviews must be honest and based on a genuine transaction. Bubsi reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology on Bubsi is owned by us. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, Bubsi is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, transactions between users, or the conduct of other users.

11. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Bubsi after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
